M° Henrik Nánási makes an outstanding debut at San Francisco Opera with “Elektra”

M° Henrik Nánási’s first time on the podium of San Francisco Opera was hailed as a real triumph by both the press and the audience.

The young Hungarian conductor led the Orchestra in the première of Richard Strauss‘s famed Elektra, which ended up with standing ovations and bravos.

Elektra, in a new staging by Keith Warner, is one of the leading titles in Season 17/18 at San Francisco Opera.
