On Friday 26th July, Spanish tenor Xabier Anduaga was proclaimed First Prize winner of the 2019 edition of Operalia. The competition, founded by Placido Domingo in 1993 to discover and launch young opera singers, was held in Prague from 21st to 26th July and saw the participation of forty contestants from all over the world: https://www.operaliacompetition.org/prague-2019
